how much it moved you
Two separate readings, not parts of the score β the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.
Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 107 comments (63 from Reddit, 39 from Metacritic, 5 from TMDB reviews) β 29 of them described how it moves.
β steady β Holds one level all the way. Pulled both ways throughout β never simply one thing. Very little of it ever resolves. Marked above the line: 1 that landed as a blow, 2 that gave people chills, 2 that got a real laugh.

βby the end of the film, we know the Law of the Jungle as well as Mowgli and his pack, and we care that Shere Kahn has threatened itβ

βWhat really got me was when Bagheera and Shere Khan were fighting in the end, it actually looked like how these two animals might fight. When Bagheera got flipped on his back he started using his hind leg claws to kick Shere Khan in the face. Thats actually how cats, big and small, fight.β
βThe movie did a good job of laying the groundwork for the finale. The elephants were part of that pay-off. It feels like everything prior to Shere Khan chasing Mowgli was given significant pay off. The elephants in particular made me smile. That was effective storytelling.β
βthe tension I felt came from the fact that I didn't know *what* he would doβ

βIn every way, this quietly majestic film should be considered a triumph.β

βThis may be Favreauβs best achievement β taking a beloved film guided by Walt Disney himself and crafting something distinct and memorable.β

βThanks to the nicely layered characters and a near-perfect mix of action and merriment, the movie feels wonderfully vivid and alive.β

βThe new production, computer-animated except for a living, breathing boy at the center of the action, isnβt pretty or sweet but utterly stunning, as well as very funny; all those vaudeville antecedents havenβt been forgotten.β

βItβs mind-boggling that this entire thing was shot on soundstages using greenscreens. Favreauβs jungle feels like a real place, but itβs heightened and stylized and it feels like a perfect fit for the talking animals who make up the majority of the cast.β

βHopefully the inevitable storm of live-action Disney remakes that follow it will have the same grace and inspired storytelling that makes Favreau's Jungle Book better than the original.β

β> The red flower adventure! The Rudyard Kipling's famous children's book was adapted numerous times for stage shows, television series, live-shot and animation films, and now here's the modern version and also the first digital 3D version. The Disney done it again bring all the classics to a new life, but it is a great team work, especially the post-production was terrific. It is one of those stories never gets boring for repeat reading/listening/viewing. Of course, there were plenty of chβ

βThis is without a doubt a very good family movie. Many people seem to compare it unfavorably with the βoriginalβ animated movie from Walt Disney. To me these are quite different movies and should not really be compared. I have not read the book but I have a feeling that this movie follows the book more closely. It is a wee bit darker, more serious and incredibly beautiful to watch. I quite liked the original jungle book movie. It was one of my favorites when I was a kid. I am therefore quite β
