what happens
Healing comes from a familiar face — in an unfamiliar place. A stunning betrayal threatens to change countless lives.

Left to right is this episode — its opening to its closing minutes. This is the one span the comments were always describing.

Two separate readings, not parts of the score — the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.

Not enough to put a number on. The shape below is drawn from what there is, with the widest uncertainty band we use — it is the start of an answer, not one.
Not enough people said when to name this shape. The line is what the evidence draws, not a finding.

what people actually wrote
Grouped by where it was written, because a considered review and a reaction typed an hour after the credits are different things. Every quote links to its source.

“The charcoal moment in ep 1 was so beautiful, the artists really know how to use different mediums for different emotional hits. Charcoal for sorrow”

“the narration at the end implies the Arcane is a perfect duality between light and dark, good and evil, creation and destruction etc, meaning Viktor's good intentions have disturbed the balance; hence, Jayce must counteract to reset the equilibrium. This is why Arcane is considered to be dangerous, it encourages people to push towards two opposite extremes, and the turbulence in between causes great suffering. Isha's death should not be surprising, but it still stings.”
