what happens
After spending seven years away from Riverdale, Archie returns to find the town is now under Hiram Lodge's grip and on the verge of becoming a ghost town. When Toni catches him up on what's been going on, Archie reaches out to the rest of the gang to return home.
how it went
Left to right is this episode — its opening to its closing minutes. This is the one span the comments were always describing.

how much it moved you
Two separate readings, not parts of the score — the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.
Read from 32 comments — 5 said when.
The number holds — it is read from every comment. The shape is not settled: only 5 said when something happened, and below 20 the same evidence split in half draws two different pictures. Drawn faint for that reason.
Not enough people said when to name this shape. The line is what the evidence draws, not a finding.

what people actually wrote
Grouped by where it was written, because a considered review and a reaction typed an hour after the credits are different things. Every quote links to its source.
“had to pause and laugh for a good minute when they introduced veronica and her husband sitting at opposite ends of a comically long table celebrating their anniversary. the absolute lack of subtlety there.....they literally wasted 0 seconds letting us know the state of veronica's marriage”

“the episode was actually surprisingly good. Like near s1 level good, loved the whole vibe.”

“I miss when he was a shadowy figure that we never actually met, back in Season 1. Since then, he's done nothing but oscillate between "my poor sick dad who actually means well for Veronica" and "heartless bastard." It's such a tiring, never-ending plot arc”

“I feel like I’m watching season 1. For once, I understand who everyone is and what the hell is going on and the story seems grounded in some sort of reality. Good job, Riverdale.”
