This week William Woollard tests the Sinclair C5 and other contenders in the market, from both the UK and Denmark. Chris Goffey, meanwhile, points the way ahead with Peugeot's research vehicle - the 205 Electrique. Sue Baker road tests the latest sporting offer from Japan, the Toyota MR2. With the Budget only a week away Top Gear reports on the pressures on the Chancellor to replace Vehicle Excise Duty with a higher tax on petrol.
