what happens
Ra's sets out to transform Oliver into his perfect heir. Meanwhile, Nyssa and Laurel draw closer, but their mentor/student relationship is threatened when Ra's sends men to bring his errant daughter back to Nanda Parbat..
how it went
Left to right is this episode — its opening to its closing minutes. This is the one span the comments were always describing.

how much it moved you
Two separate readings, not parts of the score — the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.

Not enough to put a number on. The shape below is drawn from what there is, with the widest uncertainty band we use — it is the start of an answer, not one.
Not enough people said when to name this shape. The line is what the evidence draws, not a finding.

what people actually wrote
Grouped by where it was written, because a considered review and a reaction typed an hour after the credits are different things. Every quote links to its source.

“Removing the arrow from his arm was probably the coolest thing I've ever seen. The stare he did as he pulled it out, I got goosebumps.”

“I straight up laughed at that. The contrast of my feelings from seeing Felicity crying in the Arrow cave to watching Laurel develop a milkshake and fry complex over her lost friend was just too large.”

“Still think they have slowed the season down a bit, though.”
