Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 8 comments (8 from Metacritic) — none of them described how it moves.
So the shape below is not a measured arc. It is this title's overall sentiment held flat across the runtime, with the widest uncertainty band we draw. People talked about this title; they did not talk about how it paces.
Not enough people said when to name this shape. The line is what the evidence draws, not a finding.

“Human-spirit cliches and all, the movie accomplishes job one: It moves. It also has a choice soundtrack, spiced by the likes of Missy Elliott’s “Shake Your Pom Pom” and Digital Underground’s immortal “Humpty Dance.””
Michael Phillips, Chicago Tribune · 75
“Isn't nearly as entertaining as it is predictable.”
Travis Nichols, Seattle Post-Intelligencer · 75
“The wall-to-wall soundtrack naturally features plenty of today's leading hip-hop and R&B artists, including Flo Rida, T-Pain, Missy Elliott and Trey Songz.”
Frank Scheck, The Hollywood Reporter · 70
“Rather than mixing classical and modern styles the way "Step Up" did, this hip-hop-powered sequel is all about new moves, which should keep the kids coming back after the pic's initial Valentine's Day crush.”
Peter Debruge, Variety · 70
“Directed in humongous close-up by former dancer Jon M. Chu, Step Up 2 the Streets is suavely choreographed by Jamal Sims, Nadine "Hi Hat" Ruffin and Dave Scott.”
Ella Taylor, L.A. Weekly · 70

“A visually dynamic dance film whose electric choreography cannot redeem a thin, cliché-ridden script and flat character arcs.2008 (2.0)Directed by Jon M. Chu, "Step Up 2: The Streets" (2008) is a dance-centric romantic drama that serves as a standalone sequel to the 2006 hit. The story follows Andie West, a rebellious street dancer struggling to balance her troubled personal life with her desire to avoid being sent away by her guardian. To stay in the city, she enrolls at the prestigious Marylan”

“The movie is amazing. The music is good. The dance is perfect. But the story writing it feels a little off..!!”

“Some time ago I was a huge fan of this franchise. It all started with this sequel because I thought the first was a little lackluster aside from a mega hot Channing Tatum. Well he's topped here in my opinion by a gorgeous and very talented Robert Hoffman and a sexy and fierce Brianna Evigan (Sorority Row). This time around we are introduced to a competition called the street in which a group of MSA students gather to become a crew and compete. The politics are expected but effective and the danc”

“It depends on how you felt about the first movie that will probably dictate where you come down on the second. Step Up 2: The Streets has flashier moves, somewhat-more interesting characters but almost completely abandons the stories of the first, which is a bit surprising given that sequels usually follow the story setup by the first movie(s). Step Up 2 does, but only by technicality. Still, I liked it more than the first because, when all is said & done, I'm here to see some sweet dancing more”
