how much it moved you
Two separate readings, not parts of the score — the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.
Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 290 comments (242 from Reddit, 43 from Metacritic, 5 from TMDB reviews) — 50 of them described how it moves.
➖ steady — Holds one level all the way. Pulled both ways throughout — never simply one thing. Very little of it ever resolves. Marked above the line: 1 that gave people chills.

“That long shot of him riding away, as the kids fawned and vied for attention. Dev looks like a man holding a pose until the shepherd crosses the path, leaving him alone, and then you can see that he's absolutely terrified. That was the shot of the film for me.”

“He was expecting some huge reveal at the end to give him honor and glory and there was nothing. I wasn’t expecting anything at the end other than for him to calmly face the Green Knight and die. The direction the movie had been taking up until that point didn’t make me think there was going to be a huge fight scene, but it never occurred to me that Gawain was expecting more. it was a suddenly powerful moment when he asked that”

“when he walks over to speak with his uncle at the banquet, you can almost feel his anxiety and terror”

“No one brought up the parallels between the ending and the ending of the Last Temptation of Christ. That's all I could think about and the parallels were too stark for me to ignore. I actually appreciate that they altered the ending from the original story.”

“Him getting his head chopped off is secondary to the real climax, his choice whether to show real honor or not.”

“The sash that he pulled while on the throne was a great moment”

Published reviews, not felt experience — a different question from the one above, and never mixed into the FlickFeel score.
It reviews better than it plays — admired more than it is enjoyed.
“David Lowery deconstructs the hero's journey with this sumptuous dark fantasy.”
Clint Worthington, Consequence · 100
“It is scary, sexy, and strange in ways that American films are rarely allowed to be, culminating in a sequence that cast the whole film in a new light for this viewer. We're all just sitting in that banquet hall, listening to the story requested by King Arthur, told by a master storyteller.”
Brian Tallerico, RogerEbert.com · 100
“Told in sumptuously gritty imagery, this epic feat of bold imagination, unconcerned with mitigating its creative force for the sake of unadventurous audiences, has an unconventional film grammar and irregular structure that peers into the different possible outcomes of the would-be paladin’s trek.”
Carlos Aguilar, The Playlist · 100
“The enormity of this film intimidates me. And it hypnotizes me, and seduces me, and captures me until it feels as if the green has grown like moss over my entire body. But rather than threatening to choke, The Green Knight injects a new source of oxygen into the sword-and-sorcery genre.”
Hoai-Tran Bui, Slashfilm · 100
“The exceptional level of craftsmanship — which includes some seamless, low-key special effects — wouldn’t be nearly as affecting without the comparable care Lowery brings to this story.”
Tim Grierson, Screen Daily · 100

Grouped by where it was written, because a considered review and a reaction typed an hour after the credits are different things. Every quote links to its source.
