how much it moved you
Two separate readings, not parts of the score — the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.
Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 269 comments (227 from Reddit, 32 from Metacritic, 10 from TMDB reviews) — 69 of them described how it moves.
➖ steady — Holds one level all the way. Pulled both ways throughout — never simply one thing. In the last stretch it was tender and painful at the same time, which is the state people mean by being moved. Very little of it ever resolves. Marked above the line: 1 moment that made people jump, 1 that landed as a blow, 2 that gave people chills, 3 that got a real laugh.

“The love story felt kinda lacking and some parts were so cringy, like that "I'd give you my heart" scene.”

“this film had some very sudden and dark twists”

“The action sequences however, are exhilarating. Movement are fluids, punches and kicks are dealt out at lightning speed but you rarely lose track of what's happening.”

“My eyes must have been glued to the screen during those races and fight scenes.”

“The dark parts were very odd and a little jarring given the overall tone and rating of the movie.”
“Mahershala Ali performed phenomenally during his death scene. Imagine having to act that your body is dying while also performing like Nova, who won't feel a thing of that, is still using the body to watch and communicate with Alita. I felt his character was underutilized for most of the movie, but that scene really did it for me.”

Published reviews, not felt experience — a different question from the one above, and never mixed into the FlickFeel score.
It plays better than it reviews — the watch lands harder than the write-ups suggest.
“Alita: Battle Angel is [Rodriguez’s] best film since he brought Frank Miller’s graphic novel to the screen, a sci-fi epic that does something rare in an age of endless adaptations and reboots: lives up to its potential while leaving you wanting more.”
Michael Nordine, IndieWire · 83
“Alita lays out her empathetic groundwork early and rarely diverges from it. How wonderful to have a hero that always follows through with what she fights for. How wonderful to have a blockbuster that aspires for so much and mostly delivers on those ambitions.”
Cory Woodroof, The Playlist · 83
“Alita: Battle Angel is Robert Rodriguez’s best film in many years. It’s an ambitious, impressive, visually spectacular production with great performances that make its strange world seem real.”
William Bibbiani, IGN · 80
“Not without flaws, but nothing to get too worked up about, Alita: Battle Angel is cynicism-free, first-class popcorn entertainment spearheaded by a knockout performance from Salazar. A star is born.”
Martyn Conterio, CineVue · 80
“If you’re in the mood for a movie like “Alita,” “Alita” is the movie you’re in the mood for.”
Kenneth Turan, Los Angeles Times · 80

Grouped by where it was written, because a considered review and a reaction typed an hour after the credits are different things. Every quote links to its source.
