Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 5 comments (4 from Metacritic, 1 from TMDB reviews) — none of them described how it moves.
So the shape below is not a measured arc. It is this title's overall sentiment held flat across the runtime, with the widest uncertainty band we draw. People talked about this title; they did not talk about how it paces.
Not enough people said when to name this shape. The line is what the evidence draws, not a finding.

“It’s all just (almost) good, clean and forgettable “fun,” for those young enough to be delighted by it.”

“Descendants: Rise of Red is a movie with great characters and great songs, but sadly its potential is wasted with a rushed plot that clearly needs at least 20 more minutes, and the message it tries to convey is confusing, but even so, it's quite enjoyable.”

“The recurring lesson that the boundary between good and evil is blurred is well-taken, but I’m afraid this generation swap… well, let’s just say I’m sorry.241221 (1.5)The absence of Carlos is deeply felt; the actor tragically passed away at the young age of 20, leaving a void that this fourth installment struggles to fill. With Ben and the original crew away seeking allies, the villains are left to run the country, which feels absurd. The Fairy Godmother is now the president of Auradon Universit”

“The movie is entertaining and fun, the musical number is very well performed and all the actors are doing your respective characters excellently spotlighting Red, Chloe and Bridget's actresses...”

“**The next generation!** This is a great concept, I don't know why Disney did not turn it into a theatrical film. As per the television standards, this film succeeds from all the aspects. The casting was good, but the focus was not distributed equally. May be they kept it for the sequels, in each to tell everyone's tale as the centre. So this is about the descendants of the greatest villains of Disney's fairy tales. They all got admitted to the Auradon Prep located near to their banished land”
