My 3rd viewing allowed me to view the movie as pure entertainment. I couldn't ignore the flaws, but I appreciated the production and performances enough to list it among my top ten Westerns of all time.”

“Greetings from Lithuania. "Tombstone" (1993) is a much known movie by now. It is know because first and the most important thing - this movie is superb. It's also know for terrific performance by Val Kilmer who was snubbed for at least an Oscar nomination back in the day - at least. Because as good as Gene Hackman was in "Unforgiven", the best performance in a supporting role was by Val Kilmer as Doc Holliday in my opinion. Others were also great and this movie truly captured that friendship bet”
