Two separate readings, not parts of the score — the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.
Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 41 comments (37 from Metacritic, 4 from TMDB reviews) — 12 of them described how it moves.
Thin evidence — the shape below rests on 12 comments. The shaded band is how wide the uncertainty actually is, and it is drawn to scale.
Not enough people said when to name this shape. The line is what the evidence draws, not a finding.

“damn that ending. I mean DAMN that ending. One of the top in the annals of not only slashers, but all horror.”

“the weak pacing and lack of explanation for his supernatural powers hold the film back, leaving it a middling entry: not terrible, but far from truly satisfying”

“i thought the ending was a little stupid”

“The first act resurrects Michael Myers and sets up interesting new characters for him to kill. This first act is very reminiscent of the first film. It feels like a true sequel.”

“The music is excellent and when it kicks in at really perfect moments it gives you chills and excitement at the same time.”

“The problems start when we get into the second act. This is a dull and long act where very little happens.”

Published reviews, not felt experience — a different question from the one above, and never mixed into the FlickFeel score.
It plays better than it reviews — the watch lands harder than the write-ups suggest.
“Danielle Harris deserves a lot of credit for her work in Halloween 4. It's hard to find truly believable child actors in general, and in the realm of a film like this, it's easy to expect the worst, yet she is very credible and relatable and took an idea that probably had some fans cringing -- a little girl as the hero of a Halloween sequel! -- and made it work.”
Eric Goldman, IGN · 70
“The final minute of Halloween 4 remains as unsettling today as it was during its 1988 theatrical run. The real reason to see this movie is not for the predictable build-up, but for the cliffhanger provided by director Dwight H. Little and screenwriter Alan B. McElroy.”
James Berardinelli, ReelViews · 63
“The best of the sequels to Carpenter's seminal slasher movie...Directed with flair by Little, who does not blatantly ape Carpenter's style, the movie delivers a number of effective chills without relying too heavily on the kinds of tired tricks and bloody gore that have made this genre a boring cliche.”
Staff (Not Credited), TV Guide Magazine · 60
“This chiller has its predictable and unpredictable moments. As random, brutal murders on film go, Halloween 4 does do a creditable job of setting up the terrifying scene, only to have something unexpected happen. [28 Oct 1988, p.7]”
Janis Froelich, Tampa Bay Times · 58
“A no-frills, workmanlike picture.”

Grouped by where it was written, because a considered review and a reaction typed an hour after the credits are different things. Every quote links to its source.

“I don't know which of the four (or five, by this time next year) different _Halloween_ timelines to consider the "official" one, but I guess personally I've always considered the one the includes the "_of Michael Myers_" movies to be it for me. Not necessarily the best movies, but its the longest timeline, and (not counting _Season of the Witch_) the first. _Halloween 4_ is a good lead in for the rest of this particular continuity. It's certainly not a perfect movie, but if you're looking for so”

“Better than the original; and one of the best 80’s slashers Ten years after the events of “Halloween” and “Halloween II” (which both took place on Halloween night, 1978), Michael Myers escapes captivity a second time and again returns to his hometown in Illinois with a direly concerned Dr. Loomis (Donald Pleasence) hot on his trail. Myers goes after his sister’s daughter, Jamie, and is willing to take down the whole town of Haddonfield if necessary. “Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myer”
